Economic news remains uneventful today. The key factor that will impact the market is the bond auctions. The bond auctions take place at 10am this morning. Results are graded the same as the public school education grading system. Receiving an “A” grade is great; receiving a “C” grade is just ok. Depending on the grade received today, this auction has the power to shift the market.
Depending on your current home loan scenario, short or long term, this is something to pay close attention to. As of now we will remain in a floating position but if the good or bad news breaks, we would recommend to continue to float or possibly secure today.
