Seattle Real Estate Mortgage Rates Today 3/9/2011
Seattle / Bellevue Real Estate Mortgage Rate Watch: No economic data, all attention on today’s 10 Year note auction at 10:00 AM PT. Looking back at yesterday with a mediocre result from the auction results and a warning of INFLATION spooked the market and prices worsened mid-day. Today we are hopeful for the 10 Year as optimism continues to steam ahead over the U.S. economic recovery. HOWEVER what continues to loom over the U.S. recovery is OIL. OIL can definitely slow down the recovery because of the impact on the cost of goods to us the consumer. How this will impact spending and corporate earnings have Wall Street hedging bets across the board for future earnings.
