Seattle and Bellevue Real Estate Mortgage Rate Watch 10/8/10
Unemployment report numbers are slowing overall with people finding jobs. The market continues to build on anticipation of QE2 with the Feds. Three weeks until the announcement on November 3, 2010. Until then a number of reports or remarks will be announced to impact the bonds but this will all be speculation.
Depending on the final outcome of the announcement, we will wait to see the positive or negative impacts on the bond market. Reminder, if the bond market improves, mortgage rates go lower.
