Nick has fourteen years of experience working with executive-level clientele. His expertise includes working with national corporations to relocate executives through Windermere’s RELO program, resale buyer and seller representation for Eastside homeowners and exclusive seller representation of Eastside builders. Prior to joining Windermere, Nick was Vice-President of Private Equity Sales for Chanen & Co., a Seattle-based Investment Banking Firm. There, placing private securities for early-stage businesses in the technology and real estate sectors, he was the lead NASD Investment Banker representing a variety of emerging-growth, venture-backed companies and real estate related investment vehicles. Nick is a Certified Negotiation, Relocation and Distressed Property Specialist and Accredited Buyers Representative. He is a graduate of Seattle University and holds a Degree in International Business with an emphasis in Finance, with honors. Nick’s outdoor interests include fly fishing, archery, biking, water and snow skiing. Nick resides in Kirkland.

Lisa brings a fresh perspective to their partnership with insight to marketing, technology, and customer service for today’s challenging market. Besides being a Certified Residential Specialist, she is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Accredited Staging Professional, a Certified Short Sale Negotiator, and a Certified Investment Analyst.
Lisa’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident even as early as her high school days at Lindbergh in Renton, when she started her first business at 15 yrs old. After graduation, Lisa moved to Hong Kong, China for a few years to explore other parts of the world while working in the marketing field. When she returned to the States, Lisa continued to work and put herself through the University of Washington earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She even managed to save enough money to buy her first house at 23 years old and then her first investment property at 24!

Lisa has grown up in the Pacific Northwest and has been a Renton resident since 1989. She and her husband married in 2005 and have since settled here to raise their family, welcoming daughter, Lulah, in 2011, and son, Landon, in 2012. During their spare time, the Lams love to spend quality time with their extended families that also live in the area. They enjoy traveling, cooking, and hosting small gatherings at their Renton Hill home.
