Seattle & Bellevue Real Estate Mortgage Rate Watch:  Attention is on the Federal Reserve Minutes being released today.  The market will react to any comments that lead to the November 2nd & 3rd meeting.  Quantitative easing is assumed to happen, what is unknown at what level, how will the market react and how will interest rates move-up or down. 

Friday we closed with a loss that was a big move for mortgage rates.  We point out in today’s video on how this impacts the rate and closing costs and when is it really the best rate.
