Seattle & Bellevue Real Estate Mortgage Rate Watch: Quiet day on the market today for economic news.  There is a ton of market chatter on Wall Street about QE2, Quantitative Easing Round 2.  As we lead up to the November Federal Reserve meeting we will watch to see how mortgage rates will react.  So far the bond market is still fighting the ceiling of resistance.  For home owners this means for now we have hit a barrier of resistance before interest rates can move lower.
