Seattle & Bellevue Real Estate Mortgage Rate Watch:  Attention turned to Ben Bernanke for any comments regarding QE2 / Quantitative Easing.  As we mentioned this will have a high impact on mortgage rates and the stock market.  This may lead to rates not only stablizing but possibly being pressured lower.   Good news for homeowners and real estate.  Already polls are showing across the country if rates lower that more home buyers will to the market to take advantage of so called “cheap money”.
