Seattle & Bellevue Real Estate Mortgage Rate Watch: Homeowners will see the benefits from QE2/Quantitative Easing 2, we keep referring to this term daily because it will  have a direct impact on mortgage rates in the near future.  The ADP payroll reports disappointed all expectations today with the weak numbers being reported.  We mentioned in previous posts that the Federal Reserve is watching carefully to all economic numbers being released to determine if the economy is stablizing.  The November Federal Reserve meeting will most likely result in sometype of action to control further deflation.  Translated for homeowners…… Lower interest rates.
