No video today.  Attention turns to tomorrows Federal Reserve board meeting.  President Obama speech today could spur a little movement.  As of 12:00 today rates are trying to test what is called a ceiling of resistance.  Wednesday is also the Autumnal Equinox for Wall Street.  We could expect a bumpy ride for this week as the news from various reports and meetings are released.
