An improvement in the job market sparked the rate increase.

How Does This Affect My Mortgage Rate?

Positive economic news has made interest rates jump in the past two days.  The Feds will continue to watch for the continued improvement in the US economy as a sign to adjust QE3.  Both the stock and bond market took hits today.

Hopefully we will see an improvement in rate, but it is tough to say with the future outlook on the US economy.
