This moning, the bonds were flat waiting for the Feds announcement.  The Feds lack of clarity and confidence in the continuation with QE3 pushes bonds lower which leads to higher rates.  At this time it remains unknown if and when the tapering will begin.
Seattle mortgage rates did tick up a bit overall for the day.
