How Does This Affect My Mortgage Rate?

Fed members feel the lack of growth in the economy (jobs) will cause QE3 to last until the first quarter of next year.  The positive outlook of QE3 continuing into 2014 is the Feds will continue to purchase the same amount of bonds.  Overall volumes are down so looking at supply vs demand, this can be a benefit to mortgage rates.

I would not recommend waiting for mortgage rates to drop further as we have not been able to receive any rate improvements since 2013.
