The second half of this week will be the employment report.  If the Government remains closed, the Bureau of Labor Statistics will not release their jobs report.  ADP report is due on Wednesday and this could possibly swing the market.  We all know how the market tends to over react when it is unnecessary.  If you are in a contract and need to close, track the market closely.
