Seattle Mortgage Rates Today 11/21/12:  As we consider this week the opening to the holiday season, there is not much to report today.  Mortgage bonds continue to remain relatively unchanged in spite of global headlines out of Europe.  The citizens of Greece continue to face their dire situation. Austerity measures placed upon Italy and Spain are negatively affecting their economies.  Fundamentally, bonds should remain at these levels given the circumstances.
