Seattle Mortgage Rates Today 11/30/12:  After effects from the tragedy that was Hurricane Sandy continue to be experienced by the economy.  As reports that consumer spending fell for the first time in the past 5 months in October, economists say that Sandy is only partly to blame as the storm hit U.S. shores near the end of the month.  Fundamentally, the economy is still fragile; income growth was unchanged as wages and salaries fell.
