Seattle Mortgage Rates Today 6/13/12:  Short and sweet today, May reported weak retail sales and year over year inflation (mortgage rate killer) remains in check.  Today at 10am PST $21B in 10 year notes will be auctioned.  This is very important as the market remains flat right now (9:50am).  The results of this auction can potentially push rates higher or lower.  Will post an update soon!!
