   Thanks for the awesome report, I look forward to watching this every week. What is your advice on refinancing a non owner occupied/investment home? Are rates as favorable as an owner occupied home?

   Rates on investment homes are not very favorable as in previous years. Please email info@themortgagereel.com with your current scenario to see if there is an option for you.

   Many people secured short term products on investment homes so they will be forced to refinance. One key factor is the current equity you have in the home. Many people financed an interest only loan so hopefully the investment property has equity.
