How Does This Affect My Mortgage Rate

Bernanke stated it will likely slow the bond buying program later this year with the strength and improvement to the economy.  The Fed’s pull back will cause mortgage rates to climb and it seems as if lenders are already taking the pull back into consideration.

If the economy is truly improving, increased home prices, increased wealth, will lead towards higher rates.  Rates weren’t going to stay low forever, banks are too greedy!
