Jobs, Jobs, Jobs, Employers must be hiring as the jobs report was better than expected.  Jeff Lacker said the bond buying program is not healthy for the real estate market.  He opposes the program that is currently helping mortgage rates maintain the current low levels.

How Does This Affect My Mortgage Rate?

With the better than expected US economic news, mortgage rates jumped higher today.  We are still receiving support for the bonds so hopefully we can see an improvement on Monday.
