Seattle Real Estate Mortgage Rates Today 10/31/11:  Happy Halloween!  Mortgage bonds are up this morning with additional poor news from Europe.  With the initial struggles in Greece, Italy is showing the same signs of a possible recession.  Will Italy be able to pull itself out of their financial problems and recover?  What do you think?

If these problems continue to grow in Europe, the US Bonds should receive the benefit and improve mortgage rates.
