Seattle/ Bellevue Real Estate Mortgage Rate Watch:  Woes in Ireland after receiving funds from b0th Europe and the I.M.F. (international monetary fund) cause investors to turn the U.S. Bond market as a safe haven.   This global news is helping mortgage rates this morning as bonds have become the befeficiary.  Warning, though we are seeing  this news helping mortgage rates this Friday is the official first day of the holiday shopping season.  Wall Street is weighing heavily on the outcome of Black Friday sales.  Mortgage Rates / Mortgage Back Securities are heavily impacted by any reports that could point in the direction of economic recovery or inflation.  Almost to the point of good news being bad news for rates.
