Seattle / Bellevue Real estate mortgage rate watch:  First we thank President Obama and the men/women who have served the US for their commitment to killing the man responsible for 9/11. 

The stock market opened with positive gains following the news of the death of Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan.  However the bond market has not been impacted following this news.  For bonds, we do need to pay close attention to level of resistance we face.  Going against this resistance can create a huge breakthrough for lower rates or a negative reversal. 

Wednesday is the announcement of the employment report and Friday follows with the jobs report.  The market can react prior to these days based on raw speculative data, so continue to stay on top of the latest news with the Mortgage Reel.
