| Introduction | Selling real estate is challenging and rewarding. I enjoy negotiating on behalf of my clients, helping them navigate transactions smoothly and successfully. It is because of this success that much of my business comes from past client referrals. I make a point of using the latest technologies when working with my clients, giving them access to the best information available.I’ve been a Seattle resident for almost 20 years, before which I lived in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania and Poulsbo, Washington. I now live in the Ballard neighborhood with my family which includes my wife, two young sons (Jackson and Karl) and our beagle “Soda”. When not actively parenting, I enjoy running and playing tennis. My background includes a bachelor’s degree in English from Seattle Pacific University, a master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University, and a real estate broker’s license.
