Seattle Mortgage Rates Today 8/22/12: “Mortgage Bonds, can you hear me now?”  Mortgage Bonds seem to be climbing from the depths of no return.  Investors found their way back to the safe haven trade of bonds as news of Apple shares reflected a downgrade along with Dell readjusted their forecast lower.  Bonds were positively affected as weak economic data out of Japan was released.  Be wary as volatility in the market is still rampant and anything can change the sentiment quickly.
