Twenty two years as a Loan Officer here in Seattle I have been part of four mortgage companies. Often you hear in this profession of a company’s culture that says family, get it done mindset, service and support but do not really deliver on all points. From a Loan Officer perspective, Fairway truly drives this in every person behind scenes. Working to find solutions, focused on the end result of getting it done. This culture and mindset has allowed me to find confidence in my strengths to provide a solid experience for each of my clients and partnerships. Mr. Steve Jacobson is the founder and CEO who drives the core values of Fairway every single day to each person who takes part to deliver a great experience and service of financing the dream of home ownership. I am thankful to be part of this company, culture and family of peers, thankful to Steve for founding this great company.
