As 2019 comes to an end and history will tell the story of an unpredicted ride lower in mortgage rates. All bets point to 2020 and what mortgage rates will do. Above, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae are projecting all four quarters to be very similar for Mortgage Rates. Only time will tell, but this could be another strong year for real estate as buyers continue to see their buying power increased from lower mortgage rates.
