Seattle and Bellevue mortgage rates took a beating between yesterday and this morning so far.  Yesterday’s auction had poor results that resulted with an increase in mortgage rates.  This morning we opened on the negative side as well.  If you are on the short term, you may want to consider locking your interest rate. 

Do you think we hit rock bottom as we have bounced higher?  We sat at the low point for many weeks but recently hit high volatility.  As of right now it looks like we are unable to get back to the low.  Do not be too greedy, you may want to consider securing your rate.
