Seattle & Bellevue Real Estate Mortgage Rates rebound from sharp losses Thursday and Friday last week.  China reports that manufacturing  was up in August leading to hope that the Double Dip recession will be avoided.  Rates will continue to be volitile this week with reports coming from Retail Sales and Consumer Price Index.  Check the “Events Calendar” for more details.  We will be back tomorrow.
