How Does This Affect My Mortgage Rate?

Janet Yellen expressed the continuance of QE3 during her Q & A session today.  With the current fragile state of the economy, there is no timeline to the start of QE tapering.  This is a positive for mortgage rates as the support will hopefully continue into next year.

With the average Treasury Bond auction result, the bonds have lost earlier gains.  Not enough to see a rate hike at this time.
