How Does This Affect My Mortgage Rate?
Jobs, yes month over month the number of jobs created is close to the 200k mark once again just as it was ending 2013. BUT..the type and quality of job created is good, but not great. There are twice as many part time positions as full time.
The difficult part is with the numbers looking positive, it could lead to the Feds withdrawing from QE3 faster even though the numbers are still lacking the true positive gains. Yellen did state the job market needs help so I hope the Feds hold true to statements.
Both the stock and bond market did receive a positive boost from the report today.
