Welcome to December and so far the bonds have weakened.  Hopefully this trend does not continue into 2014.  The market will look to see if the December jobs report will trend with November.  November’s figures were well above expectations sending the mortgage rates up.  We will patiently wait for the results to see how it impacts the market.
