Seattle Mortgage Rates Today 11/19/12: The beginning of the holiday week does not offer us too much to report today.  This past weekend leading bipartisan lawmakers and President Obama met in an attempt to reach a deal regarding the fiscal cliff.  Promising rhetoric from both parties concluded that a deal will be agreed upon avoiding another possible recession in the U.S.  Stocks are benefiting from this news as investors are feeling confident about averting the fiscal cliff.  Should no deal come to fruition, we will find the market down this week before the Thanksgiving Holiday.
