Today is day 2 of the Feds meeting so Bernanke will be speaking later this morning.

How Does This Affect My Mortgage Rate?

Positive economic news is pushing rates higher this morning.  The private job market reported more jobs than anticipated for both June and July.  When the US economy is posting positive growth, the mortgage rates will trend higher.

Hopefully we will receive positive news later his morning from Bernanke to help stabilize mortgage rates.  Stay tuned!
