This is the first week mortgage rates have actually seen improvement in the past 60 days. Even though today rates are higher.
How Does This Affect My Mortgage Rate?
QE3 is the still getting tossed around as the Feds stated it will start to ease the $85B in purchases each month. Feds also said the combination of lower unemployment, faster growth, and stable inflation are signs they are ready to slow down. I am not sure how the Feds determined the three, but many economists believe we need more time to fully recovery.
