Seattle / Bellevue Real Estate Mortgage Rate Watch:  We made it to the office in the snow!  On a serious note concerns over North Korea on South Korea has investors seeking a “Safe Haven” for funds which the Bond Market is the beneficiary of right now pressuring rates lower.   However with a recent bond auction of 5 year treasury notes being poor is pressuring rates higher.  Stay tuned for more breaking news on our twitter page.
