Seattle / Bellevue Real Estate Mortgage Rate Watch: the Federal Reserve announcements come with little reaction, the market had built in much of what was anticipated to be announced.  However with that said we are still holding at the best rates we have seen in over 3 weeks.  Tomorrow brings what could be dissapointing employment reports which could add fuel to rates improving from today’s levels.
