Existing Home Sales for November came in at 4.68M, BETTER than expectations, OVER 4.43M in October.  Better news on inventory of unsold homes declined to a 9.5 month supply, again, DOWN from October’s 10.5 month supply.  Sidelined buyers are coming back into the market as home prices may have bottomed but more important is the sudden rise in mortgage RATES.
