| Introduction | Nick has fourteen years of experience working with executive-level clientele. His expertise includes working with national corporations to relocate executives through Windermere’s RELO program, resale buyer and seller representation for Eastside homeowners and exclusive seller representation of Eastside builders. Prior to joining Windermere, Nick was Vice-President of Private Equity Sales for Chanen & Co., a Seattle-based Investment Banking Firm. There, placing private securities for early-stage businesses in the technology and real estate sectors, he was the lead NASD Investment Banker representing a variety of emerging-growth, venture-backed companies and real estate related investment vehicles. Nick is a Certified Negotiation, Relocation and Distressed Property Specialist and Accredited Buyers Representative. He is a graduate of Seattle University and holds a Degree in International Business with an emphasis in Finance, with honors. Nick’s outdoor interests include fly fishing, archery, biking, water and snow skiing. Nick resides in Kirkland. |
